President Obama wins Nobel Peace Prize

One week after conservatives were exuberant with Obama’s failure to secure the Olympics for his hometown of Chicago, they were left bitter and bemused that he was bestowed the world’s most prestigious honor.

The Republican Party has thrown in its lot with the terrorists — the Taliban and Hamas this morning — in criticizing the President for receiving the Nobel Peace prize,” wrote DNC Communications Director Brad Woodhouse. “Republicans cheered when America failed to land the Olympics and now they are criticizing the President of the United States for receiving the Nobel Peace prize — an award he did not seek but that is nonetheless an honor in which every American can take great pride — unless of course you are the Republican Party. The 2009 version of the Republican Party has no boundaries, has no shame and has proved that they will put politics above patriotism at every turn. It’s no wonder only 20 percent of Americans admit to being Republicans anymore – it’s an embarrassing label to claim.”

Take note Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid and grow some of your own! For months we have been listening to Republican Senators and Congressmen going around bullshitting the public with lies about Obama and Health Care. All the while not offering a health care plan of their own. To take a quote from Blanca Debree’s Blog

Freshman Congressman Alan Grayson of Florida revealed the Republican and insurance industry health care plan: don’t get sick, and if you do, die quickly.

I, along with all of my Republican friends was appalled. Just like the Democrats who were angered by Joe Wilson’s outburst during a joint session of Congress last month, I could not believe what I was hearing. It filled me with anger. It made my blood boil. It was uncalled for.

How did Alan Grayson discover our super secret double probation health care plan in the first place? We had so cleverly concealed it by pretending we didn’t have any plan at all. We have gone to a lot of trouble to keep the general public from knowing our plan. We even got Sarah Palin to come out against death panels this year when a couple of people were getting close to discovering the truth.
