I was using the DoFollow plug in but it seems to have stopped working. I then tried the nofollow free plugin and it did not work. After doing some trouble shooting I found the Plugin "Easy Gravatars" was adding its own "rel=nofollow" to the comments. I removed that part of the code and it seems to have worked.
