    I just returned from London, where the people despise their prime minister but have what seem to be neutral feelings toward our president. I realized that people in other countries tend to hate Americans and have no feelings one way or another about our leaders, probably because they don’t know enough about them. It’s up to us to detest our leaders, the same as it’s up to them to hate theirs.
