It’s 3am in the morning at the Whitehouse…

March 18th, 2008 · 7 Comments · Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John McCain

It’s 3am in the morning at the Whitehouse.. the red phone rings.. who do YOU want to answer?

The many faces of Hillary

Which one of Hillary’s personalities would answer?

John

Perhaps a crazy and unbalanced Bush Clone would be best?

I think it is time we had someone in the Whitehouse who is not crazy, has some common sense, and will put the American people first. I think that person is Barack Obama.

As a Canadian, my view of American politics is limited to the outside looking in. However, if my vote were to count it would be for Barrack. Out of all of the candidates he would be my choice. Even though his views on NAFTA differ from my own, he still seems like the most logical and balanced candidate for the job.

On temperament and grace under pressure, Obama probably is the guy for the 3 AM phone call. Unfortunately his worldview is reminiscent of Jimmy Carter and we all recall where that ended up. It’s not the 3AM phone call during a crisis that worries me so much as the increasing number of such phone calls that are likely to happen with a weakened nation.

    Hi Couchmouse,

If a 3 AM phone call becomes so frequent, then the President has not done a good job of delegating particular tasks and providing the appropriate expertise to the US Embassy in that country where the call is coming from.

Granted Barack Obama views the world like Carter, it would be a sincere initiative. Carter, at the time, was too old to change his perspectives even as the situation worsened. I think Barack is more dynamic than that. But he should get rid of the shady characters that lurk behind his campaign.–Durano, done!

I know that you’re entirely biased from anything or anyone Bush or Republican related, but I have a hard time believing Obama is “not crazy” and “will put the American people first.” I’m really afraid for our country no matter who gets elected because it’s definitely a choice between lesser evils…

I’ve never been politically involved, so I guess I should start researching the candidates’ VP’s, because I have a strong feeling, whoever gets in office will be impeached shortly thereafter. :-p

Hillary is freaking SCARY! MCcain is more than likely out of touch with what’s really going on. Barack seems to be fairly level headed.
