Wikipedia: A Freudian slip, or parapraxis, is an error in speech, memory, or physical action that is believed to be caused by the unconscious mind. It is important to note that these slips are semi-conscious. This is to say that these thoughts are consciously repressed and then unconsciously released.
Hillary Clinton’s Freudian slip:
My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right?,” Clinton said in explaining why she remained in the race to the Sioux Falls (S.D.) Argus Leader editorial board. “We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. I don’t understand it.
Hillary just can’t give it up. She feels she DESERVES the nomination. She will pull at any loose straws she can, to cling to the hope of “something” happening to get her in. Her campaign has already threatened the “Nuclear Option” and now it sounds like she and her campaign have at least thought about, in the back of their minds, the Robert Kennedy “Assassination” scenario. The Super Delegates need to step forward now and declare for Obama and put the Clinton campaign out of their misery.

Hillary is far to smart to “slip-up” and say something so outrageous. I believe she knew exactly what she was doing which is unconscionable and could easily cost her the nomination…. as well it should! Shame on YOU Ms. Clinton.

It still boggles my mind as to why she would bring this issue up. Was it a Freudian slip? I don’t think so. But thinking about what she “could” have possibly meant is just down right disgusting.

Did she actually say, “We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in Californi” or is this an assumption your making because she mentioned June! Is it’s your assumption I would have to say it’s retarded!
Either way Hilary Clinton is the best thing that can happen to America!

@bbrian017: Yes, she actually said that. The above is an exact quote of what she said.

This comment is all over the blogosphere (including my own blog), and rightfully so. I can’t see how people can ignore this “freudian slip” and dismiss it as something she can just apologize for. Meanwhile, she doesn’t accept Obama’s apology for a comment that some random preacher made… that preacher wasn’t even part of Obama’s campaign team!

When I first heard that I was wondering if she expected Obama to be shot or something. It would’ve looked really bad if something did happen to him… everyone would think she had something to do with it.
